Refund Policy

If ServSpark Monitor isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Our Commitment
We stand behind ServSpark Monitor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date. We process refunds promptly and without hassle.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The request is made by the original purchaser, using the email address associated with the purchase.
- The purchase was made directly through our official checkout (powered by Polar) at servspark.app.
Purchases made outside of our official channels (e.g., unauthorized resellers) are not eligible for a refund from us. Please contact the seller from whom you purchased in those cases.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 14-day refund window has passed.
- The license has been used to circumvent copy protection or enable unauthorized use beyond the license terms.
- The refund request is deemed fraudulent or abusive (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund patterns).
We reserve the right to deny refunds that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your order number or transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt).
- A brief description of why you're requesting a refund (optional but appreciated).
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
5. License Revocation Upon Refund
Upon processing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall ServSpark Monitor from all devices on which it was installed. Continued use of the Software after a refund has been issued constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Polar. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not have access to your full payment card details; Polar handles all payment data securely.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights for that purchase.
